PT Gaming works to provide stable access, but continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, mobile networks, internet providers, wallet systems, devices, power interruptions, or third-party data feeds may affect performance.
If a technical fault creates an obviously incorrect price, payout, balance, or result, PT Gaming may correct the error and reverse affected transactions. Screenshots or device displays do not override the records maintained by PT Gaming unless those records are shown to be incorrect.
